Dear Boys and Girls,
My first trip was by airplane and I have landed in Tel Aviv, Israel. I see mountains, desert, and lots of old, old buildings. They are getting ready for Hanukkah. It is an eight-day festival of lights for the Jewish people. They have invited me to light the first candle. Then I get to play with a dreidel and eat latkes. Those are yummy potato pancakes.
